In the event of a security compromise that has affected your personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator and affected data subjects as required by section 22 of POPIA.

Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Indicative retention periods are as follows:
● Order, invoice and transaction records: retained for 5 years from the end of the relevant financial year, in line with tax and accounting record-keeping obligations
● Customer account and correspondence records: retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution and record-keeping
● Marketing consent and preference records: retained until consent is withdrawn, or after a period of sustained inactivity, whichever comes first
● Website and technical usage data: typically retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for security or analytics purposes

When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete, destroy, anonymise, or de-identify it where appropriate and lawful.

Subject to POPIA, you may have the right to:
